As a low level player who owned the same wooden stick for almost a year and a half, it was disappointing that the blade on this stick lasted just past the 30 day guarantee by the manufacturer. After the first game I was warned by some of the more experienced guys that the blade had a reputation of falling apart so I taped all the way out to the end. This didn't help. I may just go back to wood and suffer the jokes on the bench.
